Based on the assessment results, we will work with you to identify specific next steps on how to use community campaigns connect people, your customers, through technology and lead them to actions, such as product or services orders.
Training – Enabling your staff to build and maintain community campaigns
Our goal is to transfer our knowledge to you, so that you understand exactly why you are putting your energy into these new technologies. With results from the assessment, our team will provide training on use of Web 2.0 internet technologies and how to employ them to raise customers and revenue. This will generally consist of approximately two different training sessions (of about two hour duration) which may be video taped for on-going training purposes.
